A working day, in Vridhi People.

Not a list of features. What actually happens between the morning punch and the first of the month, and where each moment lives.

09:28the gate

Clock in, with the place on the punch.

The app shows the office areas, how far the person is from each, and the rule in force before the tap. The server judges the punch with the same arithmetic, and the punch keeps its place forever.

Attendance
Clock in
10:10the manager

Where the team is, and who is late.

Each direct report's last known place with how long ago, today's status, and the day as a trail. Punctuality for the month, per person and for the team, with regularisations shown as what they are.

11:40a question

Ask HR, and get an answer in the thread.

A payslip that looks wrong, a grievance that must stay confidential, a question about leave. Raised from the phone, answered by HR in the same thread, rated when closed.

16:00thursday

The one-on-one, with an agenda both wrote.

The employee adds to the agenda from the phone. Actions get owners and due dates and carry forward until they are done. When the appraisal comes, the year is already on the page.

1stof the month

Payroll that files, and a payslip that explains.

Attendance and leave feed the run. PF, ESI, professional tax by state and TDS with both regimes are computed, signed off by the HR head, released by the director, and the filings come out of the same run.

One product, every screen.

HR runs the console on a laptop or a desktop. Managers and employees use the portal on any browser, including a tablet at the gate. Everyone carries the app. The same records, never a copy.

Where the time goes, before and after.

Typical for a company of fifty to five hundred people running on spreadsheets, a payroll vendor and a shared inbox. Your own numbers come out in the demo.

The statutory reality, handled where the data lives.

Two states means two challans to two authorities on two dates, and the system knows it. The filings come out of the run; nobody types them afterwards.

06

The questions an auditor asks.

Who changed this, and when?

Field-level history on fifty-nine objects, including attendance and recruitment: who, when, and what it was before. Append-only, with a retention floor the law sets.

Where did this figure come from?

Leave posts to a ledger. Settlements are computed. Salary structures are sealed by approval. Every rupee has a line it came from.

Who saw the Aadhaar?

Personal data is masked by role, an unmasked view is an audited act, subject requests and breaches have a register. DPDP, built in.

Who approved it?

One approval engine for leave, claims, requisitions, offers, salary structures, bonus and payroll release. The chain is a rule; the approvers are people, snapshotted when the request is made.

Was he really at the site?

Every punch carries its place. Geo-fencing, the office network rule, a selfie when the policy asks, and regularisation that excuses lateness rather than erasing it.

07

In the works, and honest about it.

What is being built next. Each of these lands in the same records, so nothing you set up now is thrown away.

Next

Attendance from IR cameras

Infrared CCTV at the gate recognises the person and marks the punch, day or night, with no card, no finger and no phone. The same punch log, the same fences, the same rules.

Next

Live headcount from cameras

How many people are on the floor right now, against how many have clocked in. A count that catches the tailgater and the one who left without punching out.

Next

Biometric readers

eSSL, BioMax, Timewatch and Matrix readers pushing punches straight into the log, each device registered by serial and refused if it is not.

Planned

Timesheets and project costing

Hours against projects and clients, so a payroll cost becomes a project cost without a second spreadsheet.

Planned

Field staff on the move

Optional background location for people whose work is the road, with the permission and the policy said plainly to the person.

Planned

Job-board posting

Requisitions posted to the boards from the console, applications flowing into the same careers pipeline.

The employee app

Everything a person needs from HR, on the phone they already carry.

Clock in with your location, check the month, apply for leave, read the notice board, raise a grievance, download a payslip, see your goals. One app for every employer, with a company code at sign-in.

See it with your own data

A demo takes forty minutes. Bringing your payroll across takes a week.

Tell us about your headcount and your states, and we set up a tenant on your own address, with your policies and your holidays, for you to try.
